At 526 Imaginarium, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7 day return policy which starts when tracking shows your item to be delivered. This being said we want everyone to be head over heals in one with their order, so if there are any issues please let us know, we will always make things right.

Support Material 

Some items require the use of supports to hold the figure in place while printing. We will do our best to remove all support material in the less damageable way possible. We are human so sometimes we do miss supports if you think you may have a support that needs removed please reach out to us and we will help explain what to do.

Order Timeframe

We strive to get your orders out and on their way to you as quickly as possibly. We do print most of the orders on demand. Typical lead time for your order to ship is 5-7 days, if it will be longer a member of our team will reach out.

Priming and Painting add ons

When upgrade options appleid this will add some extended time before your order ships. Priming typically only adds 1 day while our in-house painting is typically 4-6 weeks.

Warranty

We offer a lifetime guarantee on the quality of our prints. If there is a defect forming in your print please let us know so we can make it right as soon as possible. Any physical damage will void our warranty.

Wholesale 

We do offer wholesale discounts. If you are interested in selling our prints please reach out so we can discuss this program in more detail.
